Eagles Land Transfer Portal Additions

The Georgia Southern Eagles have been relatively active in transfer portal so far with six confirmed additions and another couple rumored to be signing soon. Four of the six are transferring to Georgia Southern from Power 4 schools, one is moving from Elon of the FCS, and one is heading to Statesboro from Division II UNC Pembroke. There is an obvious emphasis to get some depth in the defensive backfield after losing several defensive backs to the transfer portal after the bowl game in December.
